Schedule: Flexible (Day/Night shifts, Weekends, & Holidays as needed)

What You’ll Do

• Sales & Ticketing: Learn and assist with aggregate cash, credit, and account sales, process stone orders, provide quotes, and issue customer tickets.
• Scale Operations & Truck Loading: Run scales, weigh incoming/outgoing trucks, and set up new jobs within company tracking systems.
• Office Administration: Perform routine administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and prepare monthly operational reports.
• Safety Culture: Adhere strictly to company safety standards and maintain a safe, clean workplace environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Credentials: High School Diploma or GED required; Valid Driver’s License required.
• Core Skills: Ability to follow verbal/written instructions, strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry/computer systems.
• Flexibility & Reliability: Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed); reliable and predictable attendance is essential.
